Rise and Shine on the Farm
Cock-a-doodle-doo! Start your morning with the rooster, and step into the rhythm of farm life at Crown Point.
Guided by Crown Point, participants roll up their sleeves and help with real farm chores while the farm wakes up around them.
During each session, families may:
Feed animals and refresh water
Collect and wash eggs
Lend a hand in the garden
Learn how daily care supports healthy animals, food, and ecosystems
Activities vary from session to session based on the needs of the farm, making each visit a little different.
This program is designed to be welcoming, active, and age-appropriate for children and caregivers alike. It’s not a demonstration or petting zoo—it’s a chance to participate meaningfully, ask questions, and build confidence through doing.
