Rejuvinate Your Mind, Body and Spirit

You’re invited to a special summertime sound bath in the meadow, a class to nourish your spirit and connect with nature.

Join us for a restorative hour beginning with light movement and breathwork, followed by an immersive sound journey. Katie will guide you through healing vibrations using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and her signature intuitive medicine songs—helping you reset, integrate, and reconnect.

🧘‍♀️ All levels welcome. Bring a mat, water, and anything you need to rest comfortably outdoors.

Cost Per Person, Sliding Scale: $20 - $25 - $30
