A restorative hour in the meadow, nourishing your spirit.
A special sound bath in the meadow, connecting you to nature through light movement and breathwork, followed by an immersive sound journey — crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and intuitive medicine songs, guided by Katie Wojno Demarchi.
What the hour looks like.
Light movement & breathwork
A gentle warm-up to settle into your body and the outdoor space around you.
An immersive sound journey
Katie guides you through healing vibrations, layering instruments to help you reset, integrate, and reconnect.
Rest, right there in the meadow
No rushing back to normal — just time to lie back, breathe, and let the sound do its work.
Led by Katie Wojno Demarchi
Katie is a certified yoga instructor and sound healing practitioner with more than 15 years of experience working with voice, song, and sound as tools for healing. She guides each session with her own signature blend of instruments and voice — crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and intuitive medicine songs — built to help you reset and reconnect, not perform or achieve anything in particular.
