What actually feeds the soil
No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides — instead, high-nutrient compost, leaf mulch, and poultry manure. Less mechanized farming reduces the farm's footprint and protects soil health.
Seed quality & variety
Only high-quality, organic, non-GMO seed and soil amendments — with a deliberate mix of heirloom varieties you already know and less common ones worth trying.
