Hiking Stick Stretches with a touch of self defense
Adapted from a martial arts staff form, this program includes stretches and movements with a hiking stick or long staff that benefit your back, shoulders, arms and hands. They can also improve your posture, breathing and left/right brain integration; and increase your leg, upper body and core strength. The gentle twisting movements provide a massage for your internal organs as well.
