Facilities and Grounds Lead—Full-Time

As Facilities & Grounds Lead, you’ll maintain and protect the farm and grounds that bring our community together. This hands-on role combines repair, inspection, and stewardship to keep our spaces safe and thriving year-round.

Office Coordinator—Full-Time
Are you highly organized and passionate about supporting meaningful work? Crown Point Ecology Center is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of our growing nonprofit.
In this role, you’ll help manage core operational systems, including financial processes, membership and volunteer support, and day-to-day office management while helping ensure smooth, professional engagement with our community, members, and volunteers.
This role plays a key part in supporting the organization’s mission and expanding impact across our programs.
Summer Farm Camp Counselor
Do you love working with kids and spending your days outdoors? Summer Farm Camp Counselors play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and memorable summer camp experience for children on Crown Point’s 115 acre working farm.
Counselors guide campers through hands-on farm activities, nature exploration, and ecological learning while modeling creativity, kindness, responsibility and respect for the land.
Seasonal position approximately July 10 - July 24, 2026. Weekday hours approximately 8:00am - 4:30pm.
